Guarantee questions
- What counts as "results not met"?
- A campaign that closes below the genuine-user target you set. The guarantee is measured against that target — between 10 and 100 genuine users.
- How is the refund calculated?
- Per undelivered genuine user. You are only charged for the genuine users we actually delivered, and any fees taken for the shortfall are refunded in full.
- Do I still keep the feedback?
- Yes. Any structured video feedback collected from matched users stays with you, regardless of whether the target was met.
- Is there a catch?
- The guarantee applies to approved campaigns with a valid, reachable ICP. It covers the platform fee.
