Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the first10 founder marketplace. By creating a founder account or launching a campaign, you agree to these terms.

The service

first10 connects early-stage SaaS founders with users who match their Ideal Customer Profile. You offer matched users a free 12-month subscription to your lowest paid tier, and you pay a platform fee per genuine user. Each matched user is required to provide structured video feedback every month, as a condition of keeping their free access.

Campaigns and targets

• You may set a genuine-user target between 10 and 100 per campaign.
• You are responsible for honoring the free 12-month offer you publish.
• We target only users who match the Ideal Customer Profile you define.

Fees and payment

You agree to pay the platform fee in effect for your campaign — a flat fee for each genuine user we deliver, with limited-time promotional pricing where applicable. Fees are charged through our payment provider as genuine users are onboarded.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate company, offer, and ICP information.
• Deliver the product access you promise to matched users.
• Use feedback you receive in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Acceptable use

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights in your product, brand, and campaign content. first10 retains all rights in the platform, its design, code, and branding. By publishing a campaign, you grant us a limited licence to display your product name, logo, and offer details on the platform for the purpose of matching users.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any campaign will reach its target, that matched users will convert to paying customers, or that the platform will be available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to first10 in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or through the platform dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Active campaigns will be wound down according to their existing commitments.
